Our olive groves extend over a total of 250 hectares along the Ionic coast, in four different towns located within the provinces of Crotone and Catanzaro: Squillace, Stalettì, Isola Capo Rizzuto and Scandale.
The cultivars we employ are numerous, but the Carolea variety prevails, because it best represents the traditional flavours and aromas of our land.
During the most bountiful harvest years our plantations can produce up to 1,700 metric tons of olives from which are extracted approximately 300 metric tons of oil.
However, seasonal planting rotations require us to contract for supplies with other olive growers throughout the provinces of Crotone and Catanzaro, whose olive groves have characteristics similar to those of the Lucifero and Zurlo properties.
